The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial control principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of financial data and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of financial data and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor and enhance financial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as an independent validator for financial initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance findings and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in English with the ability to participate in meetings, draft reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Experience with financial control frameworks and quality assurance processes.

Work Environment:

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight weeks of remote work, one week will be at the office.
