Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Training Program Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for internal personnel and external clients.

  • Design and conduct technical training sessions on software product suites and equipment maintenance.
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements to ensure effective delivery.
  • Prepare and deploy training materials, including course outlines, instructional materials, and training aids.
  • Provide end-user training for clients and conduct presentations and webinars.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design computer-based and multimedia curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop high-quality training programs.
  2. Assess and address training needs and certification requirements.
  3. Deploy training to targeted personnel, including internal technical teams.
  4. Prepare training material and classroom agendas.
  5. Provide end-user training for clients.
  6. Conduct presentations and webinars.
  7. Design instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  8. Assist in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
  9. Enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills continuously.
  10. Mentor other instructors in subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques.
  11. Ensure quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical training experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or CIS preferred.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
