We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our international expansion strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee the strategic development and management of multiple markets, leveraging data-driven insights to inform operational decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement optimized plans for new market entry and operational improvement.
- Possess a holistic perspective, identifying key pain points and providing timely feedback to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resource allocation.
- Lead high-performing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establishing robust talent development programs and cultivating global business acumen.
- Consolidate expertise, refine methodologies, develop SOPs, and build end-to-end processes for international operations.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in senior management, with a proven track record of leading teams of over 40 members; experience managing teams across multiple geographies is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, providing actionable suggestions and driving business efficiency initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to share practical business insights, offering actionable recommendations to accelerate team growth.
- Global mindset with strong business planning skills; adept at analyzing complex challenges and coordinating solutions between headquarters and teams.
- Integrity, resilience, passion for excellence, and proven teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
