Our Sales Organization is looking for a key player to manage the Rio de Janeiro/Espírito Santo territory, focusing on Mid-Market & Enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory through direct customer engagement and indirect channel engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory, prioritizing high-value opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Qualify potential deals, accurately forecasting pipeline growth, and achieving quarterly sales goals through effective management of the sales process.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs, priorities, and drivers, aligning Sophos solutions to meet their desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales teams and partner community to create a pipeline through indirect engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales cycle to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption of Sophos technology.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience working with end users or channel partners, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market business sales cycles, buyer personas, decision-making processes, and how to successfully navigate them.
  • Exceptional opportunity discovery, deal qualification, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to explain different technologies' benefits, strong cybersecurity knowledge an advantage.
  • Experience selling through and with channel partners, with the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
