Job Title: Turbine Design and Development Leader

 

  • Overview:

 

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of high-performance turbines, ensuring innovative solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and implement design strategies for turbine components, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design requirements, identify technical risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Lead design reviews, provide technical guidance, and validate designs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and operation manuals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in turbine design and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the energy or aerospace industries.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as NX, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and methodologies.

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
