We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level technical support, manage customer requests, and work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers via email, ticketing systems, and live chat.
- Manage help desk tickets efficiently, adhering to SLAs and providing timely communication.
- Leverage product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuity in critical issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of website and CRM applications, and good understanding of HTML and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to track tickets and manage support requests.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time within Brazil and internationally.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and possess a strong passion for learning. They will be a motivated team player who is driven to provide solutions and improve user satisfaction.
