The Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop a deep understanding of energy data workflows and customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Manage and maintain market-leading data assets, leveraging industry best practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver analytics solutions through integrated datasets and automated pipelines, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Ensure data quality ownership while meeting client requests with high standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and document system optimization and improvement opportunities, applying agile methodologies to drive measurable success.
  • Maintain GIS platforms and databases using industry best practices, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver data assets, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Requirements for Success
  • Experience in data roles with focus on ingestion, cleansing, and quality management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in SQL and both relational/NoSQL database systems, with expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Proficiency in GIS software like ArcPro, with experience in applying technology solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication abilities, with a background in Oil & Gas exploration, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  • Python programming experience, with knowledge of AWS cloud platform and API integration.
  • Passion for emerging data technologies, with Spanish language skills as a bonus.
