Facilities Professional

The Facilities team is seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure an exceptional experience for employees, suppliers, and customers in our office. This role will be responsible for coordinating corporate events, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and organizing high-quality events in collaboration with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the focal point for the experience in the physical work environment, including reception, common areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Propose and implement improvements that make the environment more functional, welcoming, and aligned with our company culture.
  • Organize internal events and engagement actions in the workspace.
  • Support the organization of events held by the local food supplier, being responsible for making the interface between supplier and internal customer, with attention to the details of the event, such as theme, menu, setting, schedule, and communication.
  • Support the implementation of well-being and environmental certifications.
  • Monitor and consolidate feedback on the physical environment, proposing adjustments when necessary.
  • Manage area communications, small contracts, and monitor site attendance.
  • Support Well-being and Sustainability Programs initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events is a plus.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Relevant experience in Facilities, in workplace/corporate office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactivity and creativity.
