We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our accounting team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the accounting team in Brazil, overseeing daily activities and providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheet accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Assist senior accountants with complex accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and close activities.
- Drive financial and accounting projects at a team level, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with group policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with an active CRC certification.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance, including team management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP finance applications and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
