Senior HR Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our logistics operations.

This senior-level position will focus on monitoring best practices in leadership and management of the agencies responsible for recruitment, with a primary emphasis on monitoring daily operations and taking action on specific demands. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing terminations, updating agency service tickets, and ensuring that leaders are practicing the company's best management practices.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, experience in HRBP projects, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Furthermore, they should have strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to analyze research and summarize critical items.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining oversight of termination and satisfaction surveys, identifying areas for improvement, and creating corresponding action plans.
  • Managing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies to monitor the operational vacancy funnel and develop strategies for improvement.
