- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
- A solid understanding of engineering principles and mathematics to inform decision-making.
- An aptitude for chemistry to drive innovation.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resource allocation skills to manage resources effectively.
