  • Operational Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales, and customer services operational issues, and measure results against business plans and past forecasts.
  • Sales Strategy and Process Development: Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts.
  • Contract Management: Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for developing, managing, and enhancing pricing data and strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting and Customer Support: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Revenue Analysis: Compile and examine revenue data, assess territories, and tracks trends.
  • Audit and Forecasting: Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze past and present revenue data of the organization and forecasts future sales.

Salary Range: $500-$M USD/M, confirmed based on candidate experience and level.
