We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Perinatal Sonographer to join our healthcare team.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work with patients of all ages, from pregnant women to newborns. As a Perinatal Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, taking high-quality images, and providing expert advice to obstetricians and other healthcare professionals.

  • Perform various fetal examinations, including 1st trimester ultrasound, nuchal translucency measurement, 2nd trimester basic and detailed anatomic survey, 3rd trimester ultrasound, limited examinations, follow-up examinations, transvaginal examinations, and biophysical profiles.
  • Assist perinatologists in invasive procedures such as amniocentesis.
  • Provide summary findings to the physician to aid in patient diagnosis and management.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive preliminary reports on the Viewpoint system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification: Current registration (or Registry-eligible) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Education: Successful completion of an approved curriculum in diagnostic medical sonography or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience: Prefer one-year prior OB experience or recent internship in obstetrics or MFM clinic. Associates degree preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.
