**Job Overview:**

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within our high-voltage product portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned business units/product groups.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote our full product portfolio offering.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
  4. Analyze electrical parameters measurement data layout, interpreting information and defining/proposing solutions to meet customer needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English level.
  • CRM SalesForce knowledge.
  • Preferable knowledge about high-voltage products, high-voltage equipment market, technical standards, quality standards, analysis and problem-solving techniques, focus on results and customer satisfaction, basic software for communication and calculation.
