Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within our high-voltage product portfolio.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned business units/product groups.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote our full product portfolio offering.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
- Analyze electrical parameters measurement data layout, interpreting information and defining/proposing solutions to meet customer needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced/Fluent English level.
- CRM SalesForce knowledge.
- Preferable knowledge about high-voltage products, high-voltage equipment market, technical standards, quality standards, analysis and problem-solving techniques, focus on results and customer satisfaction, basic software for communication and calculation.
