Finance Operations Specialist
Kenvue seeks a skilled finance professional to lead the development and implementation of effective financial processes. This role is responsible for inventory management, complex financial transactions, costing, currency, and intercompany pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and actuals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing strategies.
- Support business growth through strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English language skills are mandatory, with Spanish as a plus.
