  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to provide information and assist in the pursuit and closure of deals requiring a more robust commercial process or technical expertise.
  • Deal Closure: Utilize consultative sales tactics to close deals, understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences, and navigating the sales process efficiently to meet individual and team goals.
  • Enablement Call Preparation: Prepare for enablement calls to craft a personalized customer journey, using gathered information to create a tailored plan for the user's needs, developing a comprehensive understanding of how our product addresses the user's challenges, and optimizing the trial experience for product adoption and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
