As an Executive E-commerce Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through commercial plans and partnerships. Our mission is to lead the future of snacking, and we're looking for a visionary leader who can accelerate change and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to strengthen and expand our position with assigned customers by preparing, negotiating, and executing business plans.
  • Coordinate between the customer and internal functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers, focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution, effective promotion, and visibility.
  • Build and develop strong category partnerships that drive revenue and market share.
  • Manage pricing within the framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to evaluate, plan, and execute appropriate promotional and in-store visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on market developments and competitor developments.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail account management, demonstrating credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Delivering superior results in different markets with varying degrees of maturity.
  • Category management expertise with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information across all levels of an organization.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities with a focus on building strong partnerships.
  • Budgeting and forecasting knowledge with a focus on accuracy and precision.

This role requires a leader who can drive change, accelerate growth, and deliver results. You must be willing to learn about the digital universe in B2B, adapt to rapid changes in scope and deliveries, and have a vision for owning the store to act in front of distributors, sales teams, and internal teams.


The ideal candidate has a background in administration, engineering, or related fields, with prior experience in indirect channels and trade marketing or sales. They should also possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and knowledge of B2B platforms.
