We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and orchestrate high-impact transformation projects that drive sales growth and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and technologies, as well as the ability to drive innovation and create a forward-looking, agile sales organization.
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of transformation projects that align with our company's strategic goals for the sales function.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives.
- Innovation and Future-Ready Sales Development: Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative processes within the sales function.
- Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the strategic vision for the sales transformation.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Engage with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with sales operations expertise.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced English language skills and Spanish is a plus.
- A completed degree and previous experience in sales roles.
