Job Description

  • As a Cross-Functional Champion, you will ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes from our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans for customer success, aligning with their business objectives and leveraging language meaningful to them.
  • Conduct regular health checks with customers to review product adoption and provide actionable guidance on how they can maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Act as a relentless advocate for customers to ensure successful Proofpoint deployments. Consistently gather feedback to identify trends and inform product improvements.

 

Key Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of industry leadership experience in customer success, sales engineering, senior support engineering, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Proven knowledge of customer success principles and the ability to articulate business requirements and serve as the customer voice internally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.
