Commercial Leader
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Leader to spearhead our Brazil expansion plan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and developing strategic partnerships that enhance our brand presence in the Brazilian SME market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies: Collaborate with Americas commercial and strategy leaders to refine key verticals, positioning, and value proposition in Brazil.
- Build and lead high-performing teams: Recruit, oversee, and inspire Sales Development, Account Executive, and Channel Partnerships teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Engage with customers and markets: Engage with customers, close deals, and drive growth initiatives that involve all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Americas and Global Marketing to strategize and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns; partner with Product to build the right user experience and tools for Brazilian customers.
- Represent the company: Serve as a prominent representative of our organization at key events within the Brazilian SME business segment.
- At least 10 years of progressive go-to-market experience, including top-tier management consulting firms or go-to-market leadership roles in high-growth companies.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing GTM teams of 10 or more, including sales, account management, marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel customer acquisition strategies and scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2B environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing commercial teams in high-growth environments.
- Direct experience and connections in the Brazilian fintech market.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
