Labor Market Specialist

We are seeking an expert in labor relations to maintain strong connections with unions, labor authorities, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and government regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Lead negotiations with unions and ensure their compliance with established protocols.
- Manage government inspections, audits, and labor-related proceedings efficiently.
- Provide timely guidance on labor law compliance and monitor legislative changes effectively.
- Support HR and leadership in developing labor strategies and implementing organizational changes successfully.
- Track labor signals, update dashboards, and report potential risks promptly.
- Deliver training on labor topics and foster open dialogue among team members.
- Conduct research and provide reports on regional labor market trends regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A postgraduate degree in Labor Law or Labor Relations is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should have solid experience in labor relations within industrial or global environments.
- Strong knowledge of Collective Labor Agreements (CLT), union structures, eSocial, DIRF / GFIP, and Payroll Compliance is essential.
- Familiarity with labor court procedures and inspections is also required.
- Experience with labor metrics, compliance reporting, and cost management is highly valued.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of LGPD in HR processes are necessary.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
