**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Director to lead our Real Time Payments initiative at Visa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of our PIX product in Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for PIX in Brazil, aligned with Visa's global goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, Government Relations, Marketing, Technology, and Data & Analytics, to bring together related functions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new partners and clients, developing joint propositions and driving business development.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to strengthen Visa's competitive position in the payment industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and industry developments, monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, and industry players.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to communicate that vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage diverse groups, including senior executives, and share Visa's vision and roadmap.
