Marketing Coordinator

Join our organization as a Marketing Coordinator to take charge of digital acquisition strategy for the region, ensuring sustainable user and driver growth. You will oversee and integrate the brand's communication projects and campaign production to a cohesive strategy through all channels.

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Deliver on key performance indicators such as FTU, CAC, and lead generation
  • Coordinate initiatives with regional teams, functional departments, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data and propose experiments, optimizations, and continuous improvements
  • Supervise and guide the performance analyst, ensuring quality execution and development
  • Manage monthly forecasts and media planning in alignment with strategic goals
  • Support the planning of organizational communication calendars
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign production (briefing, creative development, reviews)
  • Supervise content execution across social media, email, blog, and user activations
  • Collaborate with design and public relations to ensure tone and visual identity consistency
  • Act as the main point of contact for integrated campaigns, partnerships, and institutional projects
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
  • Previous experience leading teams (internal or external, such as agencies or freelancers) is required
  • Solid background in paid performance marketing (media buying, analytics, optimization)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and communications projects
  • Strong analytical thinking, with excellent organizational skills
  • English proficiency at an advanced level
