Land Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring land for our planting program.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospecting, capture, technical evaluation, support to feasibility assessment, proposition to purchase and contract land for Bracell's planting program. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders to identify potential land acquisition opportunities and ensuring that all necessary due diligence is completed before proceeding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and capturing new land opportunities
  • Conducting technical evaluations of potential land sites
  • SUPPORTING feasibility assessments and contracting processes
  • Purchasing and managing land contracts for our planting program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as agriculture, forestry or environmental science
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
