Strategic Finance Leader

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement non-dilutive financing solutions for business operations
  • Establish relationships with international investors and lenders
  • Develop and oversee a robust financial plan aligned with business objectives
  • Manage balance sheet debt and ensure sustainable financing
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with international standards
Key Requirements:
  • 7-8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in asset management or scaling high-growth businesses
  • Proven track record in fundraising, especially in securing debt financing
  • Well-established network of relationships within the international financial ecosystem
  • Excellent English communication skills and experience navigating global financial ecosystems
  • Experience or personal interest in sustainability or climate
