Primary Business Partner

As the primary business partner for a site, you will provide day-to-day support to client group leaders and colleagues on organizational and employee matters.
You will provide dedicated guidance and coaching to the site, including supporting multiple matrixed organizations. This involves partnering with leaders to execute human resources strategies, providing coaching on leadership skills, and developing a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include leading HR processes such as employee advocacy/engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition, and retention. You will also conduct investigations and provide advice to managers and employees.
Additional responsibilities include driving people leader excellence through training and coaching, maintaining confidential data, and leading site-wide and business-wide HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 5+ years of professional experience in HR roles with client-facing responsibilities.
Bilingual in Portuguese-English is required, along with effective communication skills and ability to analyze and resolve problems.
