Requisitos Fundamentais
  • Experiência comprovada como PO Sênior em projetos de desenvolvimento de aplicativos (mobile/web).
  • Conhecimento das metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ou similares) e capacidade de comunicação eficaz.
  • Visão estratégica, habilidades de liderança e negociação fortalecidas.
Diferenciais Importantes
  • Background em UX/UI ou tecnologia, além de experiência em ambientes de transformação digital e produtos escaláveis.
Ações Principais
  • Definir backlog, priorizar entregas e alinhar objetivos de negócio com a capacidade técnica da equipe.
  • Trabalhar como ponte entre stakeholders e desenvolvimento, traduzindo necessidades em histórias de usuário claras e acionáveis.
