Senior Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee laboratory operations in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and implementing quality control tests for raw materials, packaging materials, environment/utility, in-process, intermediate, final product and stability samples.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as the successful candidate will mentor, coach, and develop their team to achieve high-performance targets. They will also be responsible for evaluating performance, providing opportunities for growth, and fostering a result-driven work environment.
The selected individual will have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacist and a minimum of 8 years' quality experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry. They will possess profound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations/cGMP principles and general knowledge of pharmaceutical development & manufacturing.
