Job Title: Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network operations group, you will be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless network operation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact customers
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems using various tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to improve network performance and reliability

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with network management systems, such as NetFlow and sFlow
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools, including ping, traceroute, and Wireshark
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
