Job Description

Accor Hotels seeks an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing sales through effective relationship-building, negotiation, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and business partners to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create a comprehensive sales plan and set targets.
  • Conduct site inspections, attend trade shows, and promote sales for the hotel.
  • Monitor accounts revenue and business production to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to Accor Sales Policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Relevant sales experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Degree in Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
