Job Title: Sales Manager - Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our hotel.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities.
  • Drive, manage, and maintain robust positive relations with all key accounts and business partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm under pressure.
