We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join our team as a Sustainable Business Development Specialist. As part of our growing Business Development team, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our presence in Brazil
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including NGOs, investment funds, and private companies
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Operations manager to monitor and improve the performance of our Brazilian operations
- Assist in the selection, verification, and presentation of new business deals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, economics, business administration)
- Strong understanding of carbon markets and nature-based projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (C1 level)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
