Job Overview
The role of HR Analyst is to provide on-site support and serve as the primary point of contact for various benefits, policies, payroll, time & attendance, and other topics while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly assist Associates and drive case resolution.
- Support internal recruiting processes by onboarding and offboarding T1-T3 associates.
- Manage daily exceptions related to Time and Attendance/Payroll, and support leaders with these matters.
- Execute general HR services including cafeteria, shuttle, lockers, swag store, and other employee amenities.
- Implement engagement and communication plans.
- Collect data and input metrics, maintaining HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, including PXT and SPPR/SQPR, FSI, AO, Safety Touch, and others.
- Serve as focal point for low-complex investigations and support disciplinary measures.
- Provide insights for talent management and development, supporting L3 leaders on feedback and communication.
- Support local initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of human resources experience.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Experience working in confidential environments.
