HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR operations specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for providing assistance with various services across all areas of human resources, including lifecycle processes, policy administration, benefits management, and vendor relations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle processes, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislations to ensure compliance.
  • Analyze and review standard operational procedures, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee data through the successful management of SuccessFactors and ServiceNow systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pursue additional HR service projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in payroll or personnel administration.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is essential.
  • Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and results-driven approach.
  • Evidence of effective prioritization and task management skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
