Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Brazil and regional markets to drive maximum penetration and value delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales support plans, materials, pricing, and training initiatives.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams, including market, sales, finance, legal, marketing, operations, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial planning to inform product innovation and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, utilizing relevant data to support measurement, tracking, and insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in the account-based payments industry, including Financial Crime, crypto, and AML domains, with experience launching and scaling new Financial Crime/AML products and services highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex content into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with Brazil and the Greater LAC Region, as well as proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and client management skills, with the ability to navigate, influence, and gain buy-in from key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
