**The Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Collaborate with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach towards pipeline growth and revenue targets.

- **MQL to Closed-Won Tracking**: Implement and manage lead scoring systems to accurately track MQLs through to closed-won opportunities. Utilise HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to monitor lead progression and optimise the sales funnel.

- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage key target accounts, personalise marketing efforts, and drive revenue growth. Work closely with sales to identify target accounts, create account-specific marketing plans, and measure the success of ABM campaigns.

- **Content Development**: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, webinars, and personalised content.

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI.

- **Analytics and Reporting**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate regular reports to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or CIM equivalent
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, sales enablement, and ABM.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and experience in managing MQL to closed-won processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business results through innovative marketing initiatives.
