Country Director

As the Country Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business in Brazil. This will involve creating and executing a go-to-market strategy, leading sales and marketing efforts, and managing the P&L for the territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with our Director of International Expansion to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Brazil

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners to establish a strong ATM network in the country

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products in Brazil

• Manage the financial performance of the territory, including forecasting sales and evaluating key metrics

• Oversee operations in conjunction with global teams

• Conduct market research to identify key competitors and market trends, and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of experience as a Country Manager, Regional lead or equivalent

• 8+ years of sales, marketing or product experience, preferably in a high growth environment

• Proven ability to drive profitability and exceed sales targets in a territory or market

• Experience launching successful marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption

• Strong understanding of local regulatory and compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
