Hetero, a leading generic pharmaceutical company, seeks a seasoned professional to oversee its Brazil operations. As Country Director, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all departments, driving sales growth, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Camber Brazil office, fostering a positive work environment and driving business results.
  • Direct and support National Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets in various sectors.
  • Oversee regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to maintain the highest standards of product quality and safety.
  • Guide the HR & Admin team to develop a productive work environment.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, particularly in therapies such as oncology, biosimilars, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care.
  • Proven track record in leading diverse teams and managing complex operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
