Strategic Finance Director

As a seasoned finance leader, you will oversee the financial planning and analysis function for our rapidly growing women's longevity platform. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business decisions with data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust operating model, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Develop and analyze unit economics metrics, such as average order value, gross margin percentage, customer acquisition cost, and retention cohorts.
  • Drive capital allocation decisions by preparing ROI/ROIC cases for investments in SKUs, channels, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
  • Produce a concise monthly KPI report with variance analysis and clear owners for corrective actions.
Accounting & Controllership
  • Collaborate with external accounting firms to deliver timely and accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Ensure clean revenue recognition, COGS/inventory controls, and 3PL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations.
  • Manage compliance and ancillary filings, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Investor Relations
  • Prepare and ship a monthly investor report, including key performance indicators, narrative, drivers, and risks.
  • Support fundraising and diligence efforts with cohort/LTV analysis, CAC trends, working capital, and inventory turns.
Systems
  • Operate QuickBooks Online and advanced spreadsheets, and manage integrations with Shopify/e-commerce, banks, and 3PL providers.
  • Stand up lightweight business intelligence tools for self-serve reporting.
