Key Responsibilities
  • Designing end-to-end operational processes to launch and scale new partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring operations managers and analysts, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and execution excellence.
  • Acting as the primary operational counterpart for strategic partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
  • Conducting deep-dive data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and growth pathways within partnerships.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and building dashboards to track operational health and commercial success.
Role Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical and strategic role.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big picture while mastering operational details.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
