Job Title: Digital & DATA Tech Business Partner

At 696 GlaxoSmithKline Mexico S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Digital & DATA Tech Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor and single point of contact for Tech related strategic topics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the adequate provision of technology enabled business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for Tech related topics in the area of responsibility.
  • Capture business requirements and translate these into Tech needs.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams from Regional and Global Tech in the deployment of technological strategies.
  • Accountable for the implementation of GSK technology project portfolio, including Digital Campaigns, DATA, AI, Analytics, Veeva, Sales Force MC, Microsoft Platforms, and Collaboration Tools.
  • Provide support and consultancy to Tech Regional teams on Digital-Livestreaming topics.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  • Ensure Business continuity and Governance with the GSK Applications in the area of responsibility.
  • Manage the service life cycle management of the GSK applications, including SLA, and the architecture among them.
  • Act as a technological enabler with business challenges to offer new and fast solutions to solve a problem.
  • Lead the continues improvement in Application services through simplification, risk reduction, user experience, or cost reduction.
  • Manage relationships and networks with key stakeholders within Tech and Business leads, as well as escalations and complaints with regards to application service processes.
  • Prepare and conduct management presentations.
Requirements:
  • University degree (Bachelor) in computer science, science, or tech business administration.
  • 3+ years of work experience in Tech (Commercial & Digital), ideally business partner.
  • 3+ years of experience in project and change management.
  • 1+ year of Digital, Data & AI project background.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in application and platform Architecture (Google, AWS, etc).
  • Availability to work in office 2 days per week.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – Being open-minded and challenging the status quo.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong initiative skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in technological area, Digital or DATA Science (optional).
  • Pharmaceutical experience desirable (+5 years).
  • Microsoft Azure.
