We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in Brazil. As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly with top North American clients, selling our services to the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect actively through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
- Respond quickly to inbound opportunities
- Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals
- Track activities and KPIs in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
- CRM/prospecting tools experience
- Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
- The opportunity to work 100% remotely and sell directly to the U.S. market
- A long-term contract with real career growth opportunities
- A flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
