This role is a key part of our Partner Success Team, where you'll work closely with our partners to resolve technical issues, find creative solutions to their queries, and leverage your expertise to help them succeed on our platform.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, identifying resolutions for partner requests, reviewing partner queries, and finding innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Your primary focus will be on delivering seamless experiences to our partners, meeting important service level agreements (SLAs) like response time and issue resolution lead time.
- You will also contribute to building innovative products by advocating for our partners' feedback and sharing it with the Product team to improve processes and product offerings.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supporting a technical product, preferably in SaaS or MIS/Software Development teams.
- Strong communication skills in writing (English and Spanish).
- A high sense of responsibility and accountability.
- The ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically.
- A natural problem solver with a positive attitude and love for helping others succeed.
- Good debugging/troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is a plus.
