**Job Title:** Data Insights Specialist

**Job Description:
A key player in our digital product development team is required to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, analyzing data to generate actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. This role involves working closely with data engineers to digest, qualify, and prepare large datasets for analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, statistical analysis, and model development, with experience in working with historians, relational databases, and SQL.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain Decision Support tools, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal latency.

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Undergraduate degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or Data Science (traditional DS background) with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 7 years of prior experience in production industry.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting as a Data Scientist.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in working with large datasets, Historians, relational databases (SQL).
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
