Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and strategic guidance to key merchants in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce solutions, API terminology, and programming languages such as Python and PHP. They will be responsible for integrating customers with various partners and platforms, including customized OMS/eCommerce API integrations and VTEX, Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce, and NetSuite partnerships.

Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will partner closely with the customer success team to provide technical support and guidance, communicate integration status to key client stakeholders, and document progress toward milestones.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written communication and presentation skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A clear understanding of API terminology and tools
  • Experience with JSON, Python, APIs, PHP, and/or other web/programming/scripting tools
  • Proficiency with reporting tools (Looker), troubleshooting tools (Postman, SQL), and management tools (Salesforce)
  • 4 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions
  • Ability to examine complex situations, develop associated action plans, and guide peers towards achieving key goals
  • Demonstrated passion for e-commerce or technology services
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Timely responses to external and internal stakeholders
