Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Product Director to lead our core app product initiatives locally, driving them from zero to one. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered personal assistants and make a significant impact on millions of users.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in consumer-facing mobile app development, preferably in high-growth or startup environments. They will be responsible for defining and executing on the product roadmap with a focus on growth, retention, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team to define the future of AI-powered personal assistants in Brazil and globally.
  • Develop and execute local strategy, development, and optimization of AI-powered personal assistants with a focus on user growth, retention, and social features.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical leadership to understand technical possibilities and limitations and translate them into bold, forward-looking product decisions.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap based on user insights, behavioral data, and business priorities.
  • Guide engineering, marketing, and design teams with local insights to deliver high-quality products quickly and iteratively.
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in consumer-facing mobile app development, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong product instincts and a proven ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Leadership experience in building and scaling cross-functional product teams.
  • A track record of delivering impactful products in internet- or mobile-first companies.
  • Experience with B2C apps, ideally in messaging, productivity, or AI.
  • Comfort navigating technical conversations with Engineering and AI teams.
  • Proficiency in product analytics, experimentation, and business intelligence tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
