- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain products that meet customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, assess customer needs, and develop product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in product management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, leveraging Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Develop and manage product requirements documents, test plans, and other critical documentation.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving product innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
