We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Banking Executive to join our team in Sao Paulo. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with multinational clients in Brazil, leveraging our comprehensive suite of corporate banking products and services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong partnerships with corporate clients, driving business growth through the origination of new opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet their evolving needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing client strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers
  • Leveraging expertise in cash management, trade, FX & rates, commodities, and financing solutions to deliver value-added advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to inform client advice and strategic planning
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in corporate banking or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including cash management, trade, FX & rates, commodities, and financing solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop creative solutions
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
