Position Overview

ALTIOS International seeks a skilled Sales and Agronomic Area Manager for its client, a prominent French leader in fertilizer marketing and production. The client offers a comprehensive range of fertilizers in various presentations, catering to international customers across over 50 countries with a strong presence in Brazil for more than three years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prospect new accounts and customer portfolios in Brazil, focusing on the Central West, Southeast, and South regions, with a focus on negotiations and sales closings.
  • Establish long-term relationships of trust with customers and distributors in the assigned regions.
  • Represent the company effectively to customers and authorities in Brazil.
  • Design, organize, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide ongoing technical advice and management to customers.
  • Collaborate on advertising and technical strategies for the assigned area.
  • Monitor sales processes with customers and distributors.
  • Regularly report progress of operations in the assigned regions to superiors.
Requirements
  • Degree or Qualifications: Engineering or a master's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Technology.
  • Languages: Native or advanced Portuguese, English, and French is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the industry or marketing similar products.
  • Commercial profile and knowledge in commercial strategy.
  • Familiarity with the industry in the specified regions of Brazil (mainly São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Paran).
  • Technical expertise in fertilizers is essential.
