Job Title: Sales Team Leader for Networking Solutions

About the Role:
At Teltonika Ltd., we are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our growing South America Sales team in Brazil. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating your sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a sales team representing Teltonika Networks.
• Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
• Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership experience to drive a sales team.
• Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B).
• Experience in building and motivating sales teams.
• Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Work experience with internal systems.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently.
• Good English language skills (written and oral).

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market, including a CLT contract plus a very good commission system.
• Onboarding on Teltonika's internal systems, Sales process, product-related topics.
• Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.
• With a home office day to be stipulated by the company.
• 30 days per year by employee's preference; opportunity to request a day off on your birthday date (after the 1st year in the company).
• Providing daily amounts for food on the Caju card, plus amounts available in free mode for a variety of uses, coffee, and fruits provided in the SP office (from Day 1).
